Coaching is a lot like fitness training. If you wish to develop your physical capabilities, the coach helps you put together a training plan and supports you in achieving the goals you have set for yourself.
Coaching works very similarly – it is a journey towards positive change in your way of thinking.
As a coach I help you stay on track. I support it by open thinking, honesty and structured activities.
